Classes at The Space Between
Our classes are open to all levels of practitioners, from beginner to seasoned yogi, and all are welcome here.

When you practice here, you will find that all of our teachers share the magic of this practice differently, offering you a unique experience during each class.
Creative Vinyasa
Our creative vinyasa classes offer various yoga influences and styles, from sequencing to lineage to pace to music.

All of our Creative Vinyasa classes are heated between 85 and 90 degrees.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a slow, intentional, non-heated practice where you hold restorative shapes for 3-5 minutes.

A practice to quiet your mind, body, and soul, breathe, and be, tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system through gentle movement and sound healing.
Beginners
Our beginner flows are a variation of creative vinyasa but with a slower pace, more intricate cueing, and learning the asanas while moving them through the body.

Expect to build strength, balance, and flexibility and deepen your relationship with your body, self, and practice.

All of our Beginner classes are heated between 85
and 90 degrees.
Slow Flow and Yin
Slow Flow & Yin is a blended balance of yin and yang.
Experience 30 minutes of slow movement before melting into a dreamy yin sequence for the last half of class.

This class is non-heated.
Neo Soul Flow
Neo Soul is infused with R&B, funk, and jazz.
