Carmen

Carmen has been practicing since her early twenties. Everything changed in 2016 when she met her teacher, a woman who changed her head and heart space forever.

 

That experience opened a door she couldn’t ignore, inspiring her to leap into her first training.

 

From there, The Magic of Yoga was born. What happened next was a whirlwind of teaching, training, and what it means to live the practice of yoga.

​

For Carmen, yoga has never been about touching your toes or turning into a pretzel. It’s about everything that happens in the space between the shapes. 

​

Dig into the totality of this practice with Carmen, where poses become presence. Drink the Kool-Aid!

Allison

Allison’s yoga journey began nearly 25 years ago with a Rodney Yee VHS tape and book. 

 

Coming from an athletic background, she often felt out of balance. Committing to a daily yoga practice, she found strength and mobility, paired with a new sense of ease in her body and mind.

 

Allison creates a space where you are encouraged to observe, explore, and nourish a practice that can serve you on and off the mat, for years to come.

Anna

Anna’s classes are fluid, spicy, and packed with playful energy.

 

She encourages students to show up exactly as they are, embracing every wobble and revelation, having fun along the way.

​

A graduate of The Space Between’s 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, Anna brings equal parts heart and heat to her classes and our community.

Christine

Christine Giana is a native Texan yogi with a whole lot of heart.

​

After taking her first yoga class in 2006, she was hooked, so much so that she jumped into her first teacher training and became a devoted student of the practice. 

​

A snowboarding injury left her hungry for healing, and with yoga and meditation, she walked the path back to wholeness.

​

In her class, feel the practice with your whole mind, body, and soul.

 

Pause time while you’re on the mat, and carry the joy and spaciousness with you long after class ends.

Courtney

Courtney started her yoga journey as cross-training for her life as a performer, but over the years, it’s evolved into a practice that supports her after the curtain falls.

 

A seasoned teacher and artist, she carries the essence of play from the theatre into the yoga studio.

​

Her classes are adventurous and creatively sequenced. Her flow invites you to explore your edge while finding moments of ease. 

​

Courtney offers a balance of power and softness, creative expression, and a playful energy that keeps you curious on your mat.

Davis

Davis approaches yoga as a space where strength and stillness coexist.

 

A graduate of The Space Between’s 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, his teaching style blends movement with body awareness, tuning you in to often-overlooked places that hold tension, strength, and possibility.

​

Davis describes his classes as 90% power and 10% yin — a mix of effort and ease.

Devin

Devin brings a beautifully grounded yet endlessly dreamy energy to the mat.

​

For Devin, movement is the language of the body, speaking through sensation and breath.

 

When we breathe, we alchemize air and soul; when we move, we channel fire; and when we link breath to movement, we ripple the quiet waters of potential within the mind.

​

Devin guides students through flows, focusing on facing challenges with grace and a regulated mind, enriched by the soundscapes of R&B and ethereal electronic music.​​

Dora

Dora is a devoted yoga teacher who deeply believes in the power of community, connection, and collective wellbeing. 

​

Teaching high school English shapes her approach to yoga. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in inclusivity, accessibility, and the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves.

​

Dora creates a cozy, welcoming nest for students to practice yoga. She weaves gentle encouragement with her nurturing energy, leaving you feeling supported and seen.

In Francisco’s classes, movement isn’t just exercise, it’s expression.

Jennifer

Her heart, curiosity, and love for creating meaningful practice spaces are the threads that weave together her practice and teaching style.

​

Yoga captivated Jen in a singular moment, and ever since, her life has blossomed in profound ways.

 

Yoga has taken her around the globe, from becoming Hatha and Vinyasa certified in Bali to diving deep into Ashtanga in the heart of India.

​

What brings Jen the most joy is creating an experience, not just leading a class. She invites students to turn inward and feel deeply. 

​

After a 10-month pause to grow and birth a tiny human, Jen returns to teaching from a well of softness and strength.

Kate

Kate’s passion for movement and wellness is rooted in her years as an athlete and in her career in workplace design.

 

After practicing many yoga lineages over the years, she felt called to share the transformation yoga can offer the mind, body, and soul and became a certified yoga teacher! 

​

In her classes, Kate weaves together intention, breathwork, and alignment. She loves weaving in stretches that support flexibility, strength, and muscle stability.

 

Students can expect to leave her class feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to face whatever comes next off the mat.

Kim

Kim Taurins is a 500 E-RYT, Daoist Priest, and Master Reiki Practitioner with nearly two decades of teaching experience.

 

Infusing vinyasa with mobility and myofascial release, Kim threads wisdom, wit, and whole-body wellness into every class.

​

Build a relationship with your body, meet yourself where you are, and feel a little more at home in your own skin through playful exploration.

Laura

For Laura, yoga has been a profound act of self-love, and it’s a heart-forward philosophy that guides every class she teaches.
 

Her classes blend powerful movement with peaceful breathwork.

Lesley

Yoga has been a steady source of strength and softness for more than 20 years. Teaching for the past four years, she still considers herself a student first and a teacher second. 

​

Lesley’s intention is to connect with her students on a meaningful level. She believes that when trust is present, safety follows.

 

Her classes support both physical and emotional wellness, regardless of lineage, from vinyasa and restorative to kids yoga, to sound healing and meditation. 

​

Blending movement, stillness, and heart, Lesley creates a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Lin

Yoga has been a truly transformative practice far beyond the mat for Lin, connecting her to an incredible, heart-centered community. It’s this infusion of breath, expansion, and belonging that inspires her every time she steps onto the mat.

Flows with Lin are for all levels. A steady yet fiery flow, braided with breath and movement that invite both your mind and body to soften and drop in.

Minh

For Minh, yoga is a practice of challenging the mind as much as the body. 

​

Move through a strong, fiery vinyasa practice, with encouragement to explore what it truly means to move gracefully and with poise, and to savor the present enough to actually feel the experience of that moment. 

​

Thoughtfully layered sequences, mixed with fluid transitions, create a challenging asana that invites you to stretch past your perceived limits.

Nakia

Nakia has been teaching yoga since 2018, and her wisdom and experience shine through all of her offerings.

 

An ERYT-500 and certified Rocket Yoga instructor, she brings an energy to her classes that feels both elevated and accessible.

​

“I like for my classes to feel intelligent, intuitive, intentional, and heartfelt, with creative flows and a good playlist.” 

​

Nakia meets you exactly where you are and guides you toward where you want to go.

Naomi

A creative at heart, Naomi is a yoga teacher, ceramic artist, and lover of all things handmade and artisan-crafted. 

​

Her favorite reminder — “Let people watch you try.” — beautifully shapes the way she teaches and the way she moves through the world.

​

Her yin classes are a harmony of effort and ease, offering long holds that bring healthy pressure to the joints, organs, and connective tissues.

​

For the music? A mix of Ceremony by New Order and Family Tree by TV on the Radio, and sometimes even harp accompaniment by her friend and musician, Rebecca Hackworth.

Noel

Noel approaches yoga as a moving meditation and journey of self-discovery. Her classes are all about space and soft edges: mindful movement, fluid transitions, and purposeful pauses.

Noel weaves in moody, vibey playlists (think Orion Sun, Lana Del Rey, and Lizzy McAlpine) with a practice that offers freedom in your body, tapping into your intuition, and a gentle place to land.

 

Students can expect to leave class feeling a little more present, a little more open, and a lot more themselves.

Parnia

Yoga is more than movement for Parnia. Yoga is a pathway to empowerment and a more profound sense of self.

She believes that connecting to our breath and bodies is a powerful act of liberation, both on and off the mat.

​

Parnia guides an invigorating yet grounding flow that’s accessible to all experience levels.

 

You’ll always find options to explore the depth you’re craving, supported by a mix of electronic and international music.

Rachel

Rachel’s approach to yoga encourages a tender yet profound journey of healing and self-discovery, creating a refuge for coming home to yourself. 

 

A 200-HR RYT, Rachel has also completed CEUs in Yin Yoga. Rachel carries reverence for all yoga lineages, but her heart beats strongest for Yin, a sanctuary of choice and intention she is devoted to sharing with others looking for the freedom to dig into what’s within. 

 

Rachel sees yoga as a practice of listening and honoring the stories your soul, body, and mind are longing to share. Within the four sacred corners of your mat, fall into a haven where stillness and Self take center stage.

Raveen

Raveen is a 200HR-RYT whose passion lies in creating spaces where you feel both challenged and celebrated. 

​

Her classes have an atmosphere that feels grounding and spacious, one that is encouraged by agency and curiosity and that nurtures a deep sense of belonging.

​

If you know Raveen, you know her energy is warm, her actions are intentional, and her offerings are steeped in care—qualities she brings into every experience she curates.

Reagan

Reagan began teaching yoga in 2022 after falling in love with the practice during a transformative chapter of her life.

 

With a passion for fitness and discovering strength through challenge, she found a natural home on the mat.

​

Her classes are fitness-forward, integrating powerful asana with stretches that support balance in both the body and mind. Feel invigorated with renewed clarity and vitality.

Stephanie

For Steph, yoga is a way to come home to herself again and again. The practice has helped her meet herself compassionately and return to her body with a tender curiosity.

Steph is not one to be confined to a box, and she doesn’t want you to be either. Her classes move, groove, and celebrate your individuality on and off the mat.
