Teachers
Carmen Cholopisa
Practicing since her early 20s, it wasn't until 2016 when Carmen found a teacher that changed her head and heart space forever that she took the leap and did her first training.
From there The Magic of Yoga was born, and since then, a whirlwind of teaching, trainings, and learning what it is to truly live yoga.
For Carmen, this practice isn’t about touching your toes or twisting into a pretzel, it is everything that happens in the spaces between.
Allison Brinkerhoff
Allison's yoga journey began almost 25 years ago with a Rodney Yee
VHS and book.
Coming from a background of athletics, Allison says she lacked balance. Through a personal daily yoga practice she found strength and flexibility, and ease in her body and mind.

In Allison's classes, she holds space where students can observe, explore, and develop a lasting practice.
Arely Castillo
Passionate about yoga and dedicated to sharing its transformative power, Arely has explored various styles including Power, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini.
With a firm belief that yoga is for everyone, Arely brings a holistic approach to her teaching, emphasizing breath, alignment, and gratitude.
Candice Quino
Candice says it best:
Forever student. Full-time teacher. Weird music, weirder flows!
When my hands are full: Vietnamese coffee, books, dog leash.
When my mouth is full it's Asian or Mediterranean food.
When my heart is full: its friends, anime, and travel plans.
Jonah Tannos
Through yoga, Jonah became fascinated with the way our body can connect to our breath and heal our minds in the simplest of ways.
His yoga journey led him across the world to Thailand where he learned as much as he could about the art of yoga and took the dive into the world of teaching, sharing his passion for movement, vitality, and the magic of yoga with each and every single person who stepped on their mat.
You can always expect a killer playlist, no matter if he's teaching a Power sequence or playing soundbowls for Yin.
Minh Nguyen
Finding yourself through this practice and doing it alongside an incredible community is what yoga truly means to Minh.
Minh's classes flow through steady breathwork, graceful transitions, and unique asanas.
You can expect fun, flare, and to be challenged to find yourself on and off the mat.

For Rachel, yoga is time with you, for you.
Choosing how much depth you'd like to find within the four corners of your mat, one of the safest spaces to wade into the mysteries of life and who we are.

Rachel creates an ambient space for you to practice, integrating body awareness, creative sequencing, music to move you (physically and emotionally), and sound healing, creating a safe space for you to feel, breathe, and be.
Amanda Bentley
Amanda is deeply committed to the practice and it transformed her relationship with her body, mind, and soul.

After completing her 200HR RYT + Trauma-Informed Training in 2019, she began teaching immediately; guiding others through this precious practice.
Amanda is committed to creating a space where all people feel free to explore their own power, possibility, and authenticity!
Her voice simply serves as a vessel to guide others back home.

Lo believes that yoga is meant for everyone - all bodies and all abilities - and feel it is most important to provide a safe space for all who practice.
In her classes you can expect a strong focus on body alignment and connection with a touch of heat as you build strength, an infinite love for indie playlists, and a whoooole lot of fun.
